Writing a blog, planning a wedding, maintaining a household, running a business, thinking about the next venture, finding time for hobbies… how do y’all do it? I’m exhausted from just trying to keep it all straight. However, a few big projects came to an end, so time to get into the swing of things. Sorry about the slow posting lately. Things will be picking up soon.

certainly not as crazy busy as you, but idk… i like being busy. i like the odd five minutes that i find to quickly blog or jot down ideas. i like the two seconds i get to breathe. =]

glad to hear that some of your projects have wrapped up, though! can’t wait to see more of your posts!

oh my god, i agree. there are not enough hours in the day!

  • Rachel (Alive in the Fire)

Indeed! I’m Rachel, a newlywed (wedding was in August) and I run a yoga blog, work full time, cook, do my yoga, and run my own freelance editing and writing business. Whew!

On paper, it doesn’t even sound possible, but in the day-to-day I actually love all that I’m up to 🙂 My advice? Take time for yourself, For me, it’s a 90 min Bikram class about 4-5 times a week. The yoga gives me time to let go, clear my mind, restore my body with vitality and energy.

You are doing an amazing job here, and keep the faith!

Feel free to swing by Alive in the Fire sometime, and I wish you a lovely holiday season.
