Rarely do I miss breakfast, or as we call it ’round these parts, Breastfist… don’t ask. I’m egg obsessed so a good runny yolk is important as well as something to soak it up with, these spinach pancakes are my new favorite. And of course you have to serve it on a pretty plate.
What’s your go-to breakfast?
I always have a piece of fruit, a latte and a toast with olive oil and iberico ham. Totally Spanish and totally delicious!

Hi Susan, it is one of the dessert plates from my wedding. They were all thrifted.
Breakfast protein smoothie… less exciting, full of greens. Tastes like grass and chocolate.
