When Eric Ripert cooks or talks about cooking, it makes sense to me. I’m an ok cook, so I like to cook by intuition and taste as opposed to exact amounts. On Avec Eric the recipes are so simple and easy to follow you can watch and be motivated to give it a whirl without taking a thousand notes. I made this ratatouille with a baked egg on top. I just used whatever vegetables I had in my fridge. It was delicious.
