Here Birdie


Chicken, milk, sage, lemon, cinnamon, garlic… sounds strange, tastes deliciously… or so they say. We’ll find out tonight.

Found on The Kitchn, recipe by Jamie Oliver. (the one pictured on the kitchn looks way tastier than mr. oliver’s, so I think I’ll try their lid on, lid off method)

Update: It WAS delicious. And now I’ll be eating the leftovers for days…
