No, not actually the movie (which I am now interested in). I’m talking the meat. This delicious concoction was on sale at the market. In an effort to only eat locally or at least have some idea where our food comes from, this means no mystery meats like bologna. So I grabbed some of this pork paste sausage,¬†fried it up, slapped it on some slightly warmed rye bread from trusty Avalon and went to town. There was no time for a picture, the sandwich was gone in seconds. Hello new favorite, welcome to my stomach.
