After nearly decapitating my thumb in an attempt to make zucchini chips with my new mandolin you would think I would be done cooking for a while. Never! I have no idea what this Brazilian fish stew tastes like, but with coconut milk, paprika, and a plethora of veggies I’m willing to bet it’s nothing short of amazing.

Oh trust me its good! My husband is Brazilian and we make Moqueca quite often – its delicious. Try it with prawns – yum
