Don’t you just love the French? I swear I could easily spot them in a crowd. And I think I have the uniform down: Carefree hair, tailored shirts, ankle cropped pants, and classic heels… oh, and add the word perfectly before every one of those. This is motivation for a closet cleansing. What do you think, could you pair down to classic easy to put together items or do you hoard like me?

Hoard. I’ve made it my goal this week to donate three items of clothing. And somehow STILL haven’t narrowed it down yet! :-\ You’d think I was giving up my first born to part with clothes I haven’t worn in YEARS.
So true! Cleaning out my closets as we speak (write). Pretty much how I dress anyway (sans the heels because I fall over and live in the country now. But I still don’t look like that.

Yeah…. I tend to hoard – I have this same exact problem.
Why is it so hard to get rid of stuff, even if we know we are going to replace it!
Totally a hoarder. A constantly purging (but constantly acquiring as well) hoarder. I do love this minimalist way of dressing, minus the heels of course, cause if you walk everywhere and run around all day it’s really just out of the question. Or am I a wuss?
I like to think I can pull pieces together with some class.

I clear out then restock my wardrobe! I’m useless! And I always say less is more, buy quality items…..then spend £175 in Zara on stuff that fallls apart 🙂 Love your blog!
